- Read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you access the Checkaride service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the Checkaride service.

- All service users must be a minimum age of 16 and have the permission of the bill payer before submitting enquiries by SMS.
- We assume no responsibility for accuracy, correctness or content of the results provided by the Checkaride service. You should not assume that the results provided by the service are continuously updated or otherwise contain current information.
- We do not assume any liability for loss of goods, personal injury or trauma arising from use made by you of results provided by the Checkaride service.
- We accept no liability and will issue no refunds or recourse for misdialled numbers or mistyped keywords.
- You must provide at your own expense the equipment, Internet connections and wireless devices or wireless services to access and use the Checkaride service We do not guarantee that the Applications will work with all wireless devices or wireless service plans, at all times, or in all geographic locations. When you use the Applications, you may incur certain charges from your wireless carrier according to the terms of your carrier agreement, including without limitation, standard fees for data, messaging and wireless access, SMS and MMS messaging services. Please check with your carrier to verify whether there are any such fees that may apply to you. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS YOU INCUR TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATIONS THROUGH YOUR WIRELESS DEVICE.
- All users agree to their enquiry and town of residence to be published and used for marketing purposes by our partners, our affiliates and us. We undertake not to publish any phone numbers, (landline/mobile) within a public domain.
- All personal information submitted by entrants and users remains our property and we undertake not to sell or otherwise distribute said information. We reserve the right to approach users with marketing material and information about upcoming services produced by relevant third parties or us. We will only submit personal details to governmental bodies, police forces, regulators or networks should information be required to assist in any investigations concerning breach of regulations or illegal activity. We will only submit information in response to written requests from any of the above parties.
- We will not accept proof of sent SMS or email as proof of usage and we accept no responsibility for any usage that does not fall within the above terms and conditions.
